pepper chicken
Ingredients:
2 chicken breast pieces
1 egg
4 -5 dry red chilies
2 tbl spn flour (maida)
1 tbl spn corn flour
1 spl chopped ginger garlic
1 onion chopped lengthwise
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbl spn
1 tbl spn light soy sauce
1 tbl spn red chilly sauce
1 tbl spn vinegar
1 tbl spn tomato sauce
½ cup red capsicum juliennes (cut into thin strips)
½ cup yellow pepper juliennes (cut into thin strips)
Salt to taste
Method:
1 Cut chicken pieces into small same size pieces , make 10 -12 pieces.
2 Marinate chicken pieces for ½ hr with egg , all purpose flour , corn flour, salt , black pepper and oil .
3 Add oil in wok & fry chicken for 5-6 min .
4 Remove chicken in plate.
5 In same oil add red chillies then ginger, garlic and onion, capsicum and toss for while.
6 Add chili sauce soy sauce, vinegar ,tomato sauce,salt and black pepper.
7 Then add fried chicken to wok stir for few min .
8 Sprinkle spring onion greens over chicken and serve hot.
