Spring onion curry Indian style

Ingredients:
Freshly chopped spring onion bunch with bulbs – 2 cups
Chana daal/split husked Bengal gram- 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Oil
Red chilly ½ tea spoon
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Method:
soak chana daal for 30 min.
Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds ,chopped spring onion bulbs, chana daal, red chili powder, salt and cook for few min. Add spring onion greens and cook for 4-5 min . serve with jawar roti.

I havent tried with chana dal.Will try today as ur recipe sounds easy n the dish luks yummy.
